• We remove any mildew, fungus and dirt to support the bonding of the paint
• Removal of shutters, down spouts, light fixtures, mailboxes etc.
• All loose clapboard or cedar shakes will be nailed.
• We offer repair or replacement of rotted or warped clapboard or wood trim.
• All water areas or cracks are caulked.
• Peeling paint will be scraped and sanded where needed.
• Spot or full priming on body or trim where needed.
• Application of finish coat of paint or stain is only of the best quality.
• Daily clean-up of all areas
• Upon completion of your job, all items are re-hung and all areas are raked and cleaned.
