- All wood trim will be nailed if loose.
- We offer repair or replacement to rotted or warped
wood trim.
- Your siding will be cleaned with special solvents
to remove oxidation, mildew and dirt to support
the bonding of your new 20-year finish.
- All shutters, mailboxes, down spouts, and light
fixtures will be removed.
- We will caulk and seal all water areas.
- Your house will be masked and a new super bondable
acrylic finish is sprayed on in your choice
of colors.
- Shutters, doors and accessories are then painted
and re-hung.
- Daily clean-up of all areas
- Upon completion of your job, all areas are raked
and cleaned.
